SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We now ship to the US! Free Shipping over $50 and Express shipping via Australia Post International is charged at a flat rate of $15. Shipping times vary but a good estimate is 5-8 business days.
RETURNS
Domestic Orders (Australia)
We want you to be happy with your HiveGrip products. For orders shipped within Australia:
- Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Where a return doesn't meet full return conditions (e.g. item opened, partially used, or packaging damaged), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, reflecting the reduced resale value of the item.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted at the customer's cost for return shipping; faulty or incorrect items are covered in full, including return postage.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
International Orders
Due to the cost and logistics of international freight, we are unable to accept returns on international orders (orders shipped outside Australia). All international sales are final, except in the case of items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
